The location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet and relaxing spot for enjoying the beach and also close proximity to downtown Rockport. The homes are steps away from Back Beach, a 5-minute walk to Front Beach and a 10-minute walk to the heart of Rockport’s historic town center. The rental of this property includes two off street parking spots, a private garden and views of the ocean from both homes.

- Cancellations Terms
-
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. Cancellations made in 59 days or less before check-in will not result in a refund but monies can be put towards future bookings.
